This project features one of our 5×12 ft heavy-duty man basket models, designed for demanding construction environments where strength, safety, and durability are critical.
The basket is fully hot-dip galvanized, providing excellent corrosion resistance and long-term performance in outdoor jobsite conditions. It is rated for a 6,000 lb load capacity with an approximate empty weight of 1,300 lb, making it well-suited for telehandler operations requiring stability and high lifting capability.
For documentation purposes, we included a limited number of images showing the basket prior to galvanizing, followed by a full set of photos taken after the galvanizing process was completed.
The post-galvanizing images show the basket delivered to the customer and actively in use on site, highlighting the finished coating, structural integrity, and real-world jobsite performance.
