5′ × 12′ Roofing Man Basket

This project features a 5′ × 12′ roofing man basket built specifically for a roofing contractor focused on
material lifting and roof debris handling.

Unlike general-purpose platforms, this roofing man basket was not designed for multi-side personnel access.
Instead, it uses single-side fork access from the rear only, which reduced steel usage, lowered overall weight,
and helped minimize total project cost.

The basket was finished with industrial paint (non-galvanized), as long-term corrosion resistance was not
required for this application. This decision further reduced cost and shortened lead time.

The rear-only lifting configuration allows roofing crews to easily dump roof debris directly into waste bins,
making this roofing man basket a practical and efficient tool for daily jobsite use.
