Extended Platform Heavy-Duty Telehandler Man Basket for Job Site Operations

This Heavy-Duty Telehandler Man Basket was built for demanding job site conditions where
durability, reach, and stability are critical.

Designed with an extended work platform, this unit allows crews to safely access wider working
areas without constantly repositioning the telehandler. The open configuration improves visibility and makes it
ideal for framing, material placement, and general construction tasks.

The basket is constructed from heavy-duty steel mesh and reinforced framing, providing a solid,
non-slip working surface capable of handling daily job site use. Its straightforward, no-nonsense design focuses
on performance, safety, and reliability in real-world construction environments.

Although this unit was originally scheduled for hot-dip galvanizing, the customer requested
immediate delivery due to an urgent job site requirement. We recommended galvanizing for long-term corrosion
protection; however, the customer chose to proceed without it to avoid a two-week galvanizing queue.

As a result, the basket was delivered quickly and put into service right away, allowing the crew to continue
operations without delay. This project reflects the flexibility of our build process and our ability to meet
tight timelines when required.

This project demonstrates how a properly built Heavy-Duty Telehandler Man Basket can improve
job site efficiency while maintaining operator confidence and structural integrity.
